If you are looking for a retreat that puts the emphasis on creating a friendly, nurturing and open environment then you are in the right place.  All you need to do is sit back and let the unwinding process begin!

Why retreat with me?

I design my retreats to be as easy going as possible as let's face it there are enough rules in life. 

You want a glass of wine?  Go for it!  Fancy a lie in one morning?  Be my guest.  

In addition to this you can rest assured that my retreats are also physically accessible for all levels

and my aim is to help you find a movement practice that works for YOUR body. 

It is from there that the transformation of mind and spirit can begin.

Locations

I carefully select stunning and natural surroundings for my venues, with each location chosen to create the perfect backdrop for your retreat experience.  It is also important they have a warm and welcoming vibe as its so important to me that you feel at home from the minute you arrive.​

Example Schedule
of an International 
Retreat

​

​Mornings:  Start the day with a 2 hour uplifting Pilates/Yoga class.  

​​

Breakfast: Class is followed by a hearty breakfast on an outdoor terrace.

Afternoons:  Totally free for you to do as you wish.  Pool, read, take a massage!

 

Lunch:  A light but tasty affair. 

Early evening: An hour long restorative class comprising of stretches, Yin and Restorative Yoga.

 

Dinner: A banquet of delicious food will be waiting for us after our evening session.
